You Agree To

6. Refunds, Cancellations, and Renewals

Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel at any time

  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period

  • No additional charges will occur after cancellation

No Refunds

All fees are non-refundable, including partial billing periods or unused access, except where required by law.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access

  • Reverse engineer or copy proprietary systems

  • Use the Services for unlawful activities

8. Intellectual Property

All content within SoftwareLit, including but not limited to courses, tools, frameworks, branding, and materials, is owned by SoftwareLit or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without prior written permission.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit.

By submitting content, you grant SoftwareLit a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

  • Operate and provide the Services

  • Improve and develop features

  • Generate outputs such as recommendations, reports, or plans

We do not sell your content.

AI-Generated Content and Outputs

Some features of the Services rely on automated or AI-generated outputs that may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. These outputs should not be considered professional advice or relied upon as the sole basis for decision-making.

You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any outputs before relying on them. SoftwareLit does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content.

Accuracy of Information
